Finally everything is grouted! I love all of the mosaic designs in this temple and will do more of them as they are so beautiful and so zen in their composition but so meditative in the process. I realized that they are very much Zentangle related as I have been playing and researching that process which is a natural doodle that all people (I believe) do ...since my mosaic work has to be done in summer I discovered that I can carry it on in the winter studio by doing it in acrylics I believe. Acrylics offer an easier hard edge than pastels or oil. My new description for this style is Buddhists Zentangle as it is both and all in one consciousness of expression......I look forward to doing a series of these from the temple mosaic patterns....more to come....
